For a more detailed and up to date description of what we are up to 近期论文 Our aim is to develop unique materials and composites that are useful in solving important problems in renewable energy (energy generation, conversion, and storage), catalysis, and biological imaging and tracking. Our group is interested in the fabrication, characterization and properties of novel hetero-structured nanomaterials. Photoactive nanomaterials for applications in catalysis/renewable energy/and biological imaging/polymer-nanoparticle composites Vela has been a member of the faculty at Iowa State University since August 2009.
